Southern Real Estate Management, LLC was formed in 1998 by combining the property management departments of Retail Properties, Inc. and
Grubb & Ellis | WRS.
The mission of Southern Real Estate Management, Inc. is to provide Total Quality Management through the highest level of value-driven service, individual responsibility and accountability,
creating an atmosphere that provides innovative management. This results in financial and

We currently manage over 2 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space ranging from 7,200 to 320,000 square feet
and have membership in respected organizations including IREM, BOMA and ICSC. Our clients include financial institutions, developers, national
and international corporations, pension funds and private investors.
