Michael’s responsibilities at Grubb & Ellis | WRS Include the assemblage of properties and site selection data for tenant/buyer representation and development of market comparisons and evaluation in dispositions for landlord/seller representation. In addition to his brokerage duties Michael is responsible for compiling and analyzing industrial market data and publishes a market update on a quarterly basis. Michael has established his reputation as an authority in the field of industrial property leasing and sales. Since 2002 Michael has published various articles pertaining to the Charleston Industrial Market. Several of which have been published in Southeast Real Estate Magazine.
