Todd Garrett, CCIM

Todd P. Garrett, CCIM is the Grubb & Ellis/WRS expert on investment/distressed assets and industrial properties. He is one of the area’s top leasing and sales specialists in the industrial and office/flex markets. Managing the leasing and sales of over 200,000 square feet of office/warehouse space, encompassing dozens of industrial properties, Todd offers his clients the highest level of experience and professionalism. Analyzing investments and distressed assets, Todd’s extensive analytical skills and financial background give his clients insight into the current value and potential of their assets. In 2009, Todd was honored as one of the Charleston’s “Forty under 40” by the Charleston Regional Business Journal for his professional success and community involvement, and in 2010 Rotary International recognized Todd for his volunteer work on global microfinance with their “Service Above Self Award.” A graduate of The Citadel with a masters from Harvard University, Todd is a Marine combat veteran, having served two tours in Iraq. He and his wife Jessica have three children.
