Jack Owens, CCIM

Jack Owens is a native of Charleston, South Carolina and has been active in real estate since 1980 and a Broker since 1986. Jack was founder and President of Southeaster Realty Group from 1996 until 2009. In May of 2009, SRG merged with Grubb & Ellis | WRS. Prior to founding Southeastern Realty Group, Inc., Jack was Broker in Charge of one of the largest real estate development and brokerage firms in South Carolina.

Present Affiliations: Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Commercial Investment Division of Charleston, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), past Vice President of the John Ancrum SCPA, past Chairman of the Accommodation Tax Advisory Committee for the Isle of Palms, South Carolina Board of Realtors, Charleston Trident Board of Realtors, and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Economic Outlook Board.
